A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA - ICAEW) with a first class honours degree in Computer Science and Accounting from Manchester University. He has more than 30 years of experience in Information Systems and has been involved in a number of projects in various countries, covering all aspects of financial systems consulting and implementation.
Yiannos Ioannou
Experienced finance professional with a BSc in Economics from LSE and over 25 years of expertise in practice. As a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and audit partner for 20 years, I have a proven track record in leading audit teams and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Since 2015 I am director at CMS, specializing in the development of financial reporting templates, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

His expertise spans across industries, including financial services, renewable energy, and property management. A fellow member of ACCA, he is also skilled in IFRS, compliance, and project management, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
